Immediate stop of rolls.

The video to the right shows two installations of the Nebb emergency brake system.

The brake system can be activated by

• Emergency stop
• Emergency wires (for personell use)
• Loss of power
• Low air pressure

The brake system will stop the drive roll at 20m/min within 20 cm. At emergency stop or in situations where the drive motor is available (i.e. not loss of power) the stopping distance can be significantly reduced.
